nvivo crashing every time I try to open an internal source

Hi, I have been using NVIVO for a short time. I have imported sources and I have coded some of them. Just recently, every time I try and open an internal source- interview transcript to code, the source opens in a small window and then nvivo codes and says there is an erro with nvivo – please can you help me with this thanks a million
