I obeyed a prompt to install an NVIVO 11 update this evening and 2 days’ work are lost, even though I saved every 15 minutes up to last night. there is a .nvb file in my documents folder but I can’t open it. The NVIVO help pages are absolutely useless on this topic so I am feeling very mad (and failed to create a copy of my project last night so I’ve lost a lot of coding. Any help you can offer would be very welcome
I see you attended one of our training workshops earlier this year. As a result, you have free and unlimited, one-to-one online support for the life of your first project using NVivo. I will email you privately with a link, password and instructions to upload the NVB file direct to our secure server and we’ll see what we can recover from that.
