Where can i find disappeared content in the INTERNALS folder

Hello,

I imported pages of field notes to a folder in the INTERNALS. Today I tried to edit this file but I couldn’t edit or do anything about it – I think the software froze a little. I then closed the file and tried opening an audio file and see if I can edit the transcription of this file – it worked fine. I then returned to the field notes file and opened it – just to see it is now a completely blank file – no content in it at all L

Do any of you know why this was the case and whether I can retrieve the lost content somewhere?
