AnonymousGood question! Given that QSR (NVivo developers) are in partnership with Microsoft (thus the SQL components), it’s hardly surprising that MP4 which is an Apple format is “not supported” as they say. The simple solution is to convert your MP4 files to MP3 and the job is done. No problem importing MP3 files into Nvivo. You can get free, or very cheap converters, on-line.
